Single Leg Squat

SINGLE LEG SQUAT

The single leg squat is a lower body strengthening exercise the hip and knee extensors. Start by using a plyobox that is roughly the same height as your knee. Place one leg on the plyobox and step up until you are fully extended through the hip and knee. Allow your knee to past your toes while completing the exercise. Lower the body until your foot is planted on the floor.

  • patellar tendon

  • quadriceps tendon
