Banded Straight Bar Pronation

BANDED STRAIGHT BAR PRONATION

The banded straight bar pronation is a wrist strengthening exercise that will target the pronators of the forearm. Grab one end of the straight bar and have a band attached to it with the free end anchored down by your foot. Start with your elbow bent to 90 degrees and hold the bar in an underhand grip. Rotate your wrist to rotate the bar so that it faces the ceiling (the bar is vertical and points upwards to the ceiling). Return to the starting position to complete a repetition. Repeat this exercise as required and within a tolerable range of motion.
