Swiss Ball Tall Plank

SWISS BALL TALL PLANK

The swiss ball tall plank exercise is a core stability exercise. You will need a swiss ball for this exercise, also known as a yoga ball or exercise balance ball. Start by going into a Tall Plank position with your hands on the surface of the ball. Keep the core braced, spine neutral and pelvis level. Hold this position for up to 30 to 60 seconds before resting for an equal amount of time.
