Wrist Extensor Rock Back

WRIST EXTENSOR ROCK BACK

The wrist extensor rock back is an exercise to stretch the common wrist extensor muscles. Start by going onto your knees and place the back of your hand on the floor with your fingers pointing towards your legs. Keep the fingers on the floor and slowly load the wrists by rocking the body towards your heels. Stay within a pain free range and hold for up to 20 seconds. Rock back and rest for 10 seconds before repeating.
