Band Assisted Thread the Needle

BAND ASSISTED THREAD THE NEEDLE

This is an assisted stretch for the upper back muscles. Start by anchoring a band to a stable object beside you. Hold the band in one hand while you kneel down. Bend forwards with your hips and use one arm to stabilize you by planting it overhead. Allow the band to pull your arm across the body and hold the stretch for up to 20 seconds.

  • Serratus Posterior Superior
