Dowel Side Lean Stretch

DOWEL SIDE LEAN STRETCH

This is assisted stretch that targets the muscles of the lateral fascial line. Start by taking a half kneel stretch and holding a dowel on the opposite side of the front leg. Drop your trail leg’s hip downwards and outwards as your lean to the side with your back. Use both arms to reach upwards while stabilizing the body using the exercise dowel.
