HALF KNEEL ARCHER

The half knee archer is a thoracic rotation and shoulder circumduction mobility exercise. Start by kneeling down with one leg and raise both arms out in front of your. Keep one arm stationary forwards and reach directly back with one arm behind you while rotating through the torso. Raise the back arm overhead then forwards while returning back to the starting position.
