Hip Adductor Opener

HIP ADDUCTOR OPENER | GROIN OPENER

This is a mobility exercise that targets the muscles of the inner thigh, groin, and posterior thigh. Start by lunging to the side while keeping both heels planted. Rotate your straight leg up so that your toes point towards the ceiling and then back down so that they face forward. Alternate sides and repeat.
