Prayer Flossing

PRAYER FLOSSING

This is a nerve flossing exercise. Place the palms of your hands together with the fingers pointing towards the ceiling. Hold your hands so that your forearms are parallel to the floor. Slide your hand side to side. This should be completed in a pain free range of motion.
