Psoas Sit Up

PSOAS SIT UP

This is a closed chain hip flexor strengthening exercise. Start by hooking your foot through the loop of a kettlebell handle while lying down on a bench. Hug your other knee to your chest and sit up using your hip flexor.

Muscles Involved:

  • Iliopsoas (Psoas Major and Iliacus)

  • Rectus Femoris

  • Sartorius
