Thoracic Rotations

THORACIC ROTATIONS (HAND BEHIND BACK)

This is an upper back mobility exercise. Start by going on your knees and hands on a padded surface. Then place one hand behind your low back. Rotate upwards in the direction of the raised hand and hold for 5 seconds before slowly returning to start position.
