Wrist Extensor Stretch

WRIST EXTENSOR STRETCH

This is a wrist extensor stretch. This can be completed in any position. Raise your target arm in front of you with your palms facing the floor (pronation). Use your other hand to pull the hand downwards and towards the forearm to stretch out the extensor muscles.
