Hello my name is Linda, and I am a registered massage therapist

Who is Linda?

Linda is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and certified fitness coach who helps people move better and live without pain. Her unique approach combines therapeutic massage, corrective exercise, and smart nutrition—because true wellness starts by releasing tension, building a strong foundation, and enjoying the journey.

With a background in Pilates and fitness coaching, she understand how the body is meant to move. Now, as an RMT, she focuses on relieving muscle tension and correcting posture so you can move freely in daily life and reach your health goals—without giving up what you love.

Let’s build a body that works for you.

  • The beginning

I have always been an active person, enjoying running, badminton, swimming, and various other activities. However, the pressures of work and an irregular lifestyle led me to gradually gain weight. The day came when I realized my body had changed in ways I no longer recognized. I knew I had to make a change—to reintroduce disciplined exercise into my life and reclaim my confidence. This decision marked the start of my structured fitness journey. Through this process, I discovered a deeper potential within myself and a desire to grow through professional knowledge. This led me to pursue and obtain my certification as a personal trainer in 2017.

  • The journey

Throughout my eight years as a coach, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, predominantly women. While their initial goals often centered on weight loss, I observed a meaningful shift in focus as they matured—towards correcting posture and finding relief from chronic pain. Frequently, clients sought my help for manual stretching and pressure point techniques to alleviate discomfort. This practical need inspired me to deepen my skills through formal training in fascial stretch therapy. During this education, I connected with many Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and was impressed by their profound understanding of anatomy and therapeutic intervention. Recognizing this as the next step in my ability to serve others effectively, I dedicated myself to becoming an RMT. Through focused effort, I achieved this goal within a year.

  • The goal

I am a firm believer in movement as foundational medicine and in training for lifelong well-being. My mission is to integrate all my knowledge—from fitness coaching to manual therapy—to provide exceptional, holistic care. I am here to help you move safely, prevent unnecessary injury, alleviate pain through skilled manual therapy, and enhance your athletic performance. Furthermore, I am passionate about helping clients improve their posture to proactively avoid pain and build a stronger, more resilient body for the long term.
