FOOT ROW

The foot row exercise is used to strengthen the intrinsic foot muscles. Start by anchoring a band to a stable object in front of you. Grip the band with your foot by flexing the toes. Pull the band towards you by flexing the hip and knee to increase tension through the band. Complete a band by relaxing the hip and knee.

  • Intrinsic foot muscles

    • flexor digitorum brevis

    • quadratus plantae

    • flexor hallucis brevis

    • flexor digiti minimi brevis
