Plantar Fascia Massage

PLANTAR FASCIA MASSAGE

This is a plantar fascia self massage to help with pain relief. Start by placing a massage ball between your foot and the floor. Slowly add your body weight to increase the pressure applied to the bottom of your foot. Maintain the pressure and roll the ball along the bottom of your foot. Continue for a maximum duration of 30-45 seconds.
