Straight Bar Supination

STRAIGHT BAR SUPINATION

The straight bar supination exercise is a wrist strengthening exercise that will target the supinators of the forearm. Grab one end of a straight bar and bend your elbow to 90 degrees. Rotate you palm so that it faces the floor. From there, rotate the wrist so that straight bar points up to the ceiling to complete a repetition. Repeat this exercise as required and within a tolerable range of motion.
