Wall March with Band

WALL MARCH WITH BAND

The wall march with band is an exercise used to strengthen the hip flexors. Start by looping a mini band or loop band around the feet and stand with your hands supported by a wall. Raise one knee up towards the chest while maintaining a neutral lumbar spine. Hold the top position for up to 2 seconds before returning back to neutral. Alternate sides as necessary.
