Bulgarian Split Squat Plate Hop

BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT PLATE HOP

The Bulgarian split squat plate hop is a return to sport plyometric exercise. Start by placing a plyometric platform or a weight plate in front of your front foot when in a Bulgarian split squat stance. Proceed to hop the front leg forward and onto the plate. Then hop back down to ground level to complete a repetition.
