HAPPY BABY CRADLE

This is a low back and hip stretch exercise inspired by yoga. Start by lying down on your back and use your hands to grab the forefeet. Keep the low back flat against the floor and keep the shins as vertical to the floor as possible. Slowly rock your hips and pelvis side to side while maintaining the same hip and knee position.
