Kettlebell Calf Stretch

KETTLEBELL CALF STRETCH

The kettlebell calf stretch targets the back of your lower leg. Place your foot in the loop of a kettlebell and keep the heel on the ground. Step forward with your other leg to feel a stretch in the leg looped into the kettlebell.

  • Calves (Gastrocnemius, Soleus)

  • Achilles Tendon
