Massage Ball Calf Release

MASSAGE BALL CALF RELEASE

This is a self massage technique for your calves muscles to decrease tension in the muscle or on the Achilles Tendon. Grab a massage ball, place it under your calf to add tension to the muscle. Slowly rotate the leg to actively massage your calf.
