Isometric Cervical Rotation

ISOMETRIC CERVICAL ROTATION

This exercise can be done while seated or standing. Place your hand on the side of your forehead and rotate your head into it. Go for maximum tolerable contraction without changing your position.

  • Upper Trapezius

  • Levator Scapulae

  • Sternocleidomastoid

  • Scalenes
