Cervical Circles

CERVICAL CIRCLES

This is a neck mobility exercise. Start by gripping your fingers together and pull them apart as hard as you can. This is done to stabilize the thoracic spine to uncouple motion between the two regions. Rotate your neck to create the largest circle possible within your tolerable limits.
