PNF CERVICAL ROTATION

This is a Proprioception Neuromuscular Facilitation exercise for the rotators of the neck. Start by placing your hand on the side of your head and push into your head while resisting with your neck muscles. Continue to apply pressure as your rotate your neck in the direction that you are pushing, all the while resisting the pressure that you are applying. Once at maximal tolerable end range, return to the neutral position while still resisting the applied pressure.

  • Longissimus Capitus

  • Spinalis Cervicis

  • Spinalis Capitus
