Levator Scapulae Stretch

LEVATOR SCAPULAE STRETCH

This is a self assisted stretch for the levator scapulae muscle. Start by placing one hand onto the back of your head with a slight bias towards the opposite side of your head. Gently pull your head towards the same side’s armpit without rotating through the shoulders or back.
