Isometric Cervical Lateral Flexion

ISOMETRIC CERVICAL LATERAL FLEXION

This exercise can be done while seated or standing. Place your hand on the side of your head and push your head into it. Go for maximum tolerable contraction without changing your position.

  • Upper Trapezius

  • Levator Scapulae

  • Sternocleidomastoid

  • Scalenes
