Jaw Opening

JAW OPENING

This is a motor control exercise for the muscles of temporomandibular joint. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and hold it in place as you open your mouth. Open the jaw as far as you can within tolerable limits.

  • Lateral Pterygoid
