Side to Side Jaw Glide

SIDE TO SIDE JAW GLIDE

This is a mobility exercise for the jaw joint. Place a sanitized pen between your teeth and gently hold on to it by clenching the teeth together. Glide your jaw side to side while maintaining enough pressure to hold the pen in place.

  • Lateral Pterygoid

  • Temporomandibular Joint
