Median Nerve Flossing

MEDIAN NERVE FLOSSING

This exercise is a nerve mobilization exercise to help decrease inflammation and pain experienced in the nerve. You should not feel any nerve tension or nerve stretch during this exercise. Tilt your head away from the arm as you flick the wrist up and bend the elbow and tilt it towards the hand as you flick the wrist down and extend the elbow.
